David Musnick MD will be teaching the Visceral Module. Dr. Musnick integrates Functional Medicine with Frequency Specific Microcurrent for the internal systems of the body.
He has been in clinical practice for 29 years and has been using Frequency Specific Microcurrent for 12 years in his Bellevue WA practice. David lectures in the US and Canada on the topics of Chronic Pain, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Functional Medicine. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine and Functional Medicine.

Read Carolyn McMakin MA, DC Bio

Carolyn McMakin decided to pursue her life-long dream at age forty, when she started pre-med and enrolled in Western States Chiropractic College. After beginning her practice, she taught a course at Portland State University on the diagnosis and treatment of fibromyalgia and myofascial pain and began seeing a much more complex pain patient population.
In 1996, she began treating these patients using frequencies resurrected from a list created in the 1920s. After teaching the frequencies and treatment protocols to determine if they were reproducible, she presented her results at the American Back Society national meeting and published the first fifty cases of neck pain in August 1998.
In 1999, she discovered one specific frequency treatment protocol that would eliminate the full body pain of fibromyalgia associated with spine trauma in sixty minutes. Because these results were reproducible, she has continued to present cases and teach seminars since 1999, and physicians and practitioners all over the world are using them to help their patients.
Her textbook “Frequency Specific Microcurrent in Pain Management” published by Elsevier was released in 2010. Her second book, “The Resonance Effect” also published by Elsevier was released in 2017.
In addition to treating patients and publishing articles, she has taught courses on frequency specific microcurrent therapy around the world and now maintains a part-time practice in Portland, Oregon.

Learn More in Less Time

The New Core 3-day Core Seminar Module schedule gives you more time to learn and take a deeper dive into each topic. There is a new section in each Module:  “how to incorporate FSM into your practice and use FSM as a tool to grow your practice.”

Open Course Syllabus

FSM Core Module Neuro & Visceral:

The Neuro & Visceral Core can be taken as a stand-alone training for Frequency Specific Microcurrent.  In this module, all of the basic information will be taught for the clinician to start practicing Frequency Specific Microcurrent.  This module is appropriate for any clinician but is especially appropriate for MDs, NDs, DOs, NP. LACs, OTs, and PTs that treat any neurological conditions or any internal conditions(Heart, Lungs, GI, Renal, Hormonal, Reproductive, Skin, Lymphatic, etc). This module also covers Frequency Specific Microcurrent for emotional issues. This module will integrate Functional Medicine into the use of Frequency Specific Microcurrent to treat nervous system and internal disorders.

The Neuro & Visceral Core starts with the 2-day Neuro course. This course covers basic theory and basic practice of Frequency Specific Microcurrent.  It then covers using Frequency Specific Microcurrent for the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nervous system including the vagus nerve.  Neurodegenerative conditions will be covered as well as Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury.

Topics covered:

The biophysics of Frequency Specific Microcurrent

Research supporting Frequency Specific Microcurrent

The physiological actions of Frequency Specific Microcurrent

The Equipment

How Frequency Specific Microcurrent is applied to the body.
