FSM policy for any in-person event will be in compliance with the mandates or regulations in place for the state or city where the event is being held.

It is our intention to keep everyone at the meeting safe and healthy. 

Unless the vaccine is mandated by the state or jurisdiction where the event is held, FSM has no requirement for vaccination. That is a personal choice and must be made as a risk-benefit assessment by the individual unless it is required for health care workers in that state or city. FSM seminar attendees are health care workers and subject to whatever requirements apply to healthcare workers in that state or city. Some jurisdictions offer the option of providing a negative PCR test result within 48 hours prior to the event.  If you have a personal objection or exemption, you may attend a practicum held in a state that does not have a vaccine mandate.

If masks are required indoors in the state or city where the event is held, FSM will abide by that regulation.  Masks will be available for those who do not have them.

Temperature checks and COVID screening questions will be required on all days of the event for staff and attendees. 

Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available for those who wish to use them.
