Promote the seminar and take registrations locally. We will also have registration available on our site. We will promote the seminar through email and our social media. You will keep the registration payments minus $15,000 ($3000 per day) for Carol’s speaking fee. Precision Distributing will sell FSM Equipment at the seminar. You can have other product vendors at the seminar if there are no conflicts of interest.

We will make our own flight reservations.
Please provide:
2 Hotel rooms. (king bed, off of the first floor, no mold)
Venue: Meeting room space with 2000-2500 sqft (185-232 sqm) for up to 36 students.
Classroom-style seating for up to 36 students.
Up to 12 massage tables (couches) depending on the number of students. If space is an issue massage tables can be used as desks. Bolsters, blankets, table paper, towel warmers.
Projector with HDMI, Podium, Bar Stool, Loudspeaker or XLR connection to house sound. We will bring our wireless microphone.
Please provide:
Coffee, Tea, Water – all-day
Morning break food – melon and fruit platter, hard-boiled eggs
Lunch brought in or on their own if there are options within walking distance,
Afternoon break food – vegetable and cheese platter. Crackers (regular and gluten-free)
for students and staff. Please provide gluten-free options.
Transportation from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the venue each day.
Cancellation: We will travel for any number of students as long as the speaker fee is paid.
